Shenyang Xingangao Real Estate Development CO,LTD (SXRED) was incorporated in Sep. 1998, which registered in Shenyang Business Administration Bureau. Its main business scope includes real estate development, sale/ lease of house, business service. Registered capital is $3,614,500USD（about yuan 30,000,000RMB）, registered place is room 1008 Shenyang Qipanshan Group Head Building. Office Address is No.51 Beizhan Road Shenhe District, Shenyang（Floor 5 Xingangao International Building）Zip code: 110013. SXRED started to invest  Shenyang Xingangao International Building in May 1999, and completed in March 2001. The building covered 2700 square meters, and 98 meters high, construction area is 27000 square meters, and 24 floors（23 above and 1 underground）. In Nov. 2003,  SXRED planned to construct Fenghaushidai small district which covered 33800 square meters, construction area 80000 square meters, 8 buildings of resident house with 6 floor, and 5 buildings with 18 floor, 1 underground parking. The small district located in the cross of Shijiang St. and Congshan west Rd of Huanggu District of Shenyang, which is key plan resident district of Huanggu District Government, by May 2005，SXRED has finished first period construction of  10  resident buildings and underground parking, and has gone formalities for buyers , by Oct, 2005, all construction will be handed over a completed project.
